Fiona Walker HFA FHP
Fiona provides professional mobile foot care in Normanton through the Healthy Feet Mobile Clinic, offering convenient appointments in the comfort of your own home. She trained with the Healthy Feet Academy and achieved a Level 4 Diploma accredited by the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. Fiona has also completed specialist training in Diabetic Foot Health Screening, accredited by the Universities of Edinburgh and Plymouth, enabling her to support diabetic patients and carry out neuropathy testing as part of detailed foot health assessments.
With more than 30 years of experience working in healthcare and community settings, Fiona brings a caring and knowledgeable approach to foot health in Normanton. Alongside her role within the mobile clinic, she is a qualified mental health practitioner and youth worker, with experience across schools, community projects and hospital environments, including accident and emergency departments. Her additional qualifications in mental health first aid, disability coaching and wellbeing support further strengthen her patient centred care.
Outside of providing foot care in Normanton, Fiona enjoys family life and caring for her rescue dogs and horses. She is committed to delivering safe and professional treatments, using a vacuum autoclave to sterilise all instruments to the highest hygiene standards before every appointment.
