Rity has joined Healthy Feet Mobile Clinic, having trained through our Healthy Feet Academy where she gained a Level 4 Diploma, accredited by the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. She has also completed a Diabetic Foot Health Screening course, accredited by the Universities of Edinburgh and Plymouth, and is qualified to treat diabetic patients, including providing neuropathy testing.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Rity emigrated to the UK in 2000 after completing her A Levels and spent 10 years working in domiciliary care. She later continued her studies, qualified as a social worker, and continues to work within the NHS in this role.
Rity is passionate about helping people and finds great satisfaction in making a meaningful difference to mobility and overall wellbeing through her foot care treatments.
Outside of work, she loves being out in the community, enjoys the outdoors and nature walks, and spending time travelling with her husband and their three boys.
